So..... Who can tell me what's going on with HIS right now?

4 teachers leaving man!!!!
They r all breaking the 2 years contract becuz of the "same problem" I guess..
This is absolutely ridiculous.
It's like how Takers do whatever they want, and the rest (Leavers) cannot really do anything about it.
Takers are not be able to give up when they know something is going wrong.
